Terms of Use

By using ACE Match you accept these terms. The app is provided by Costel Ionașcu, a private individual (contact: contact@icmdeveloper.eu).

1. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Your account details must be true. You are responsible for everything done from your account, so don't share your password.
• You can delete your account at any time, in the app or on the /delete-account page.

2. Groups

• Whoever creates a group is its admin. The admin and co-admins set the group's rules, approve members, correct scores and can remove members.
• Scores are entered by the players and confirmed by the other team. A disputed score does not count until the admin decides.
• Rankings, badges and medals are a game among friends. They have no official value and give no right to prizes.

3. Behaviour in the app: zero tolerance for abuse

You may not post or send content that:

• harasses, threatens, insults or discriminates against anyone;
• is sexually explicit, violent or illegal;
• is spam or a scam, or violates the rights of others, including their image.

Any message can be reported from the chat, and we review reports within 24 hours. We may remove content and suspend or delete, without warning, accounts that break these rules. You can block another user at any time.

4. Ads and the "Remove ads" purchase

• The app is free and shows ads.
• "Remove ads" is a one-time purchase through Google Play. It removes ads from every phone of your account, for as long as the account exists.
• Refunds follow Google Play's rules.
• Rewarded ads are optional and start only when you tap the button that clearly says "Watch a short ad".

5. Your content

You keep ownership of your photos and messages. You allow us to store them and show them to the members of your groups, only to run the app. Cards you choose to share leave the app at your own responsibility.

6. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the app working well, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. The app only helps with organising. We are not responsible for the matches themselves, for injuries or for arrangements between players. Our liability is limited as far as the law allows.

7. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms. Important changes are announced in the app. Romanian law applies; your consumer rights in the country where you live are not affected.
